A medium-sized 66 sq.m. apartment was the location for this new project of Motif №39. The design proposal was inspired by the client´s personal collection of Gösta Adrian-Nilsson´s art, as the conceptual idea was to travel back in time to the epoch when the artist was active, borrow certain interior design expressions from that time and reuse them in a new, modern appeal. The result was a mixture of Mid-Century Modern and Scandinavian Style, with focus on classic design, neutral/ earth-toned palettes and relaxed feeling.
One of Motif №39´s latest projects was designing the interior of a living room in a modern minimalistic, Scandinavian style using a monochrome palette of different tones of dark red, accentuated by neutral colours. The furniture options were simple, modern and of neat designs, with possibility for having both a lounge seating zone and a dining table for 3 people in one corner. A medium sized living room with many potentials!
