"Wasan helped us to visualize our 2D drawings for our new apartment (project to be built). Not only she did that but she was able to listen and understand exactly what we wanted. Great choice of material / furniture with taste and subtle personal touches.
Wasan did a terrific job and we highly recommend her. She does not rush her work and takes the time to get feedback (live over zoom or in an email) and integrated all our remarks in her final work. Well done Wasan ! Thank you and we hope to work with you again very soon"

Architectural Renderings Collaboration

One of the architectural services that Motif №39 provides is creating architectural renderings of different categories of architectural projects. Featured below is some of the successful collaborations with 2MK Architects visualizing a number of their latest residential projects in Ontario, Canada. More details about these projects are on 2MK Architects ´website, and on Motif №39´s Instagram account.

Renovation Project in Trélex, Switzerland

Recently, Motif №39 finished a renovation project in Trélex, Switzerland. Redesigning the central core of a 3 story villa originally built in 1820, and turned it into a separate residential unit spanning 3 floors. The concept was originally made by Architect Florian Alberti, but Motif №39´s was responsible for the Interior Design and 3D visualization. One of the major challenges was the fact that the project had very few windows_ and no possibility to make new openings due to sensitive Historical-Classification of the villa_, so a decision was made to maximize the existing openings (mostly exterior doors), use transparent indoor-partitions and increase the usage of mirrors where it was effective.

Homestyling of a Living room

Motif №39`s latest projects, redesigning a Livingroom in the attic ; the client wished a modern, Scandinavian design for their livingroom.
The design was inspired by earthy toned details, balanced by black and white contrasting forms and patterns.

Apartment Renovation in Stockholm

A medium-sized 66 sq.m. apartment was the location for this new project of Motif №39. The design proposal was inspired by the client´s personal collection of Gösta Adrian-Nilsson´s art, as the conceptual idea was to travel back in time to the epoch when the artist was active, borrow certain interior design expressions from that time and reuse them in a new, modern appeal. The result was a mixture of Mid-Century Modern and Scandinavian Style, with focus on classic design, neutral/ earth-toned palettes and relaxed feeling.
