Apartment renovation in Stockholm
A medium-sized 66 sq.m. apartment was the location for this new project of Motif №39. The design proposal was inspired by the client´s personal collection of Gösta Adrian-Nilsson´s art, as the conceptual idea was to travel back in time to the epoch when the artist was active, borrow certain interior design expressions from that time and reuse them in a new, modern appeal. The result was a mixture of Mid-Century Modern and Scandinavian Style, with focus on classic design, neutral/ earth-toned palettes and relaxed feeling.
House in Tuscany
Known for its breathtaking landscape, artistic legacy and influence on high art and culture since the Renaissance period, the Tuscany region in central Italy is the location where one of Motif №39 ‘s current projects is taking place.
The project is a residential building for the owner of a historic B&B hotel, and will be located in the client’s charming Olive Trees’ estate and adjacent to the 17th century B&B hotel site.
We did both architectural and interior design services in this project, delivering architectural drawings of the intended extension to the house, along with 3d modelling, exterior and interior design inspired by and adapted to the original historic architectural style of the surrounding.
